The Development Fee summaries are based on the square footage of new impervious surface, size and quantity of water meters, and the engineer’s estimate of costs for construction of all site improvements, which includes the cost for the following items:

• Excavation and grading
• Storm drains
• Sanitary sewer
• Water system
• Curb, gutter, and sidewalk, base and paving
• Street lighting
• Landscaping and irrigation
• Miscellaneous (joint trench work)
• Signage, monuments, and striping
• Other minor structures (water sampling stations, sidewalk cross drains, etc.)
