This is a continued public hearing on a request for Zoning Administrator approval for administrative design review approval to remodel the existing façade, apply new paint colors, construct a 563 square foot addition, construct a new trash enclosure, restripe the parking lot, and add landscaping, along with a variance from the rear-yard setback (from 110 feet to 0 feet) for Nation's Giant Hamburgers restaurant located at 3789 Railroad Avenue, in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District.
