The Pittsburg Police Department has partnered with the consulting firm The Matrix Group to develop a Strategic Plan that will help shape the future of our department for the next 3-5 years. A large part of this process relies on input from our community. The plan will include the development of strategies in support of community policing, officer training, meeting community needs, and enhancing our Police Activities League.  The Police Department is hosting several community meetings to assist us in completing the Strategic Plan. We are working hard to complete the Strategic Plan and implement the findings in the coming months. Please watch for opportunities to be part of the process on our social media platforms and website.
