Officer Larry E. Lasater
End of Watch:  April 24, 2005

On Saturday April 23rd, 2005, Officer Lasater was shot while attempting to apprehend an armed robbery suspect. Officer Lasater underwent several hours of surgery and succumbed to his wounds on Sunday, April 24, 2005. Officer Lasater was a member of the Pittsburg Police Department since September 2002, as well as a member of the Pittsburg Police SWAT unit and a former Marine Corps Officer.
