• The Payment Center is located in the lobby of City Hall at 65 Civic Ave Pittsburg, CA 94565.
• You may pay by cash, check, or credit card.
• The center is open weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm, but is closed on holidays.
• Winter closure is from Christmas Eve through the New Year Holiday.

• You always have the option of mailing in a check with your payment coupon using the City Of Pittsburg return envelope that comes in the mail with your monthly bill.
• If you use paperless billing and wish to pay by mail, include a copy of your payment coupon and send your payment to:

• Most banks offer electronic online bill pay services free of charge. Contact your bank directly for instructions, and remember to select "City of Pittsburg" from the vendor selection menu.

• You can make your payment online 24 hours a day.

• The dropbox is located in front of City Hall, 65 Civic Avenue to the right of the front door.
• Payments are collected from the dropbox once daily at 8:00 am.
• Any payment left in the dropbox will be collected the next normal business day.
