Government Code Section 87200 et seq. requires members of the City Council, Planning Commissioners, the City Manager, the City Attorney, City Treasurer and other public officials who manage public investments to disclose certain financial interests annually. The City’s Conflict of Interest Code identifies all other positions within the City that participate in the making of governmental decisions. These designated individuals are required to disclose certain financial interests under state law.

The City Council Members are elected officers identified in Government Code Section 87200 and file Statements of Economic Interests Form 700's with the City Clerk's Office. Copies of the Statements of Economic Interests forms filed by the City Council Members may be obtained by visiting the offices of the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) or the City Clerk.
