The City of Pittsburg is seeking proposals to provide Certified Arborist Services as needed in support of the city’s urban forest and assisting with the Urban Forest Management Program Launch. The selected firm will provide various services to preserve, protect, and enhance the City’s overall tree canopy. The City will utilize the firm for consultation on tree trimming recommendations, input and advice for the development of the Urban Forest Master Plan, routine maintenance, and the replanting of trees on City-owned parcels and rights-of-way. The firm will also assist with volunteer planting events, review development applications, and environmental documents.
Interested firms or consultants are invited to submit their responses in conformance with criteria outlined in the RFP document (see link below). Please see Scope of Work/Services for task details.
All proposals must be received by the City of Pittsburg no later than November 22, 2024 at 2:00pm.
