This is an application by Gail Knowles on behalf of New Destiny Church,
requesting Zoning Administrator approval of a fence height exception to allow a
six-foot-tall wrought-iron fence within the front and corner side yard setback,
where the maximum height permitted is three feet, and a tree removal permit to
remove three protected trees. The project is located at 1411 East Leland Road in
the CC (Community Commercial) District. Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 088-570-002, -
004, and -014.
