City Council and Planning Commission Study Session Related to Cannabis Regulations
This is a public workshop related to potential changes to the current cannabis regulations. Currently, the City has a complete prohibition on cannabis related businesses, including cultivation, manufacturing, testing, dispensaries, and deliveries; however, staff is considering an amendment that would potentially allow commercial cannabis businesses for consumer product manufacturing and testing operations. A brief presentation on the types of products that could be manufactured as part of this amendment will be provided.
